3DIQ offers a number of user customization options to better fit unique workflows within Bullhorn. This article explains different user types and how they are used within 3DIQ.

Customizing note authors for Client Submission and Feedback notifications allows users to customize 3DIQ in order to work more seamlessly with Bullhorn reporting, 3rd party reporting tools or other Marketplace Partners.

Job Owner - User listed as the Account Manager or "Owner" within a job in Bullhorn. Can be applied to: Email Notifications, Note Action Author and Public Resume Contact Information.

Job Recruiter - User listed as the Recruiter or "Assigned To" within a Job in Bullhorn. Can be applied to: Email Notifications, Note Action Author and Public Resume Contact Information.

Candidate Owner - User listed as the Owner of the candidate record in Bullhorn. This can be applied as an email notification recipient.

Candidate Recruiter - User who created the Submission record in Bullhorn. This is typically the User that attached a candidate to a job. Can be applied to: Email Notifications and Public Resume Contact Information.

API User - Default Bullhorn API user for 3DIQ and default author of note actions related to 3DIQ in Bullhorn. Usually displays as "3DIQ API User."
