Client Connect allows you to provide an additional tool to your clients to help them manage and streamline the hiring process.

When viewing Client Connect, regular users will only be able to view jobs for which they're listed as the Contact.

Job List

Inside Client Connect, Contacts will see a list of active jobs. From this screen, they will be able to view jobs, their Created On date and the Account Manager (3DIQ User) assigned to this job.

Viewing Candidates

Inside of a job, clients will be able to view a list of all submitted candidates.

Columns include the Candidate's Name, Status, Resume Expiration date (if set), Approvals/Declines, Number of Views the resume has had, the Submitted On date (the date the candidate was submitted to the client) and View Resume button.

The View Resume button allows the client to click and view the candidate's resume link. This link will generate resume view notifications and allow clients to give feedback on each candidate.

The Status column will always reflect the current status of each candidate based off of their Bullhorn submission status.

Please Note: these statuses can vary based on your Bullhorn instance, but will typically include statues such as "Interview Scheduled" and "Placed."

When your client is reviewing multiple candidates that have been submitted to a job, once they open the first link, they can click the "See (x) other candidates for this job" button. They will then click another candidate which opens that candidates resume in a new tab.
